Rhythm of Veda: Know your Devas
This book explores eleven lesser-known Vedic deities from the Rig Veda, presenting their hymns in rhythmic verse along with symbolic interpretations inspired by Sri Aurobindo’s Secret of the Veda. Each hymn includes a brief commentary, simple illustrations, and a short biography of the composing Rishi, offering readers a gateway to the spiritual wisdom of the Vedic tradition.
Endorsed by eminent scholars, Spirit of the Veda bridges ancient knowledge with modern understanding, making the profound teachings of the Vedas accessible to contemporary seekers. Through poetic expression and insightful analysis, it aims to help readers connect with the Vedic network of Rishis and Devas, unlocking deeper spiritual meanings within these ancient hymns.
The Rhythm of Mandukya Upanishad
The Mandukya Upanishad, the shortest yet one of the most profound Upanishads from the Atharvaveda, explores the metaphysical and spiritual significance of the root sound Aum and the Self. Revered as a confluence of Hindu and Buddhist philosophies, it is considered a key to attaining Mukti, or final liberation.
This book presents all 12 verses of the Mandukya Upanishad in English rhyme, alongside the original Sanskrit text and transliteration for accessibility. Inspired by Sri Aurobindo’s translation and Swami Krishnananda’s commentary, this poetic rendition aims to bring readers closer to the essence of this sacred text. With its lyrical simplicity, it seeks to make the Upanishad’s deep wisdom more approachable, encouraging contemplation and inner reflection.

Sri Aurobindo's Vedanta: Rhythm of Ananda
Written by Sri Aurobindo between 1910 and 1914 during his early years in Pondicherry, this Sanskrit text is considered the newest Upanishad received by the world. First published in 1978 with an English translation by Pt. Jagannath Vedalankar, it was later titled Sri Aravindopanishad by the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in 1987.
Inspired by this profound work, I have rendered it into rhythmic English verses, capturing its essence in poetic form. I have chosen to name it Ananda Upanishad, reflecting the deep bliss I experienced while engaging with Sri Aurobindo’s vision—his true and luminous Vedanta. Through this poetic rendition, I hope to bring its divine wisdom closer to seekers, illuminating the path to inner joy and spiritual awakening.
The Rhythm of Isha Upanishad
The book Rhythm of Isha Upanishad by Sushrut Badhe presents the essence of the Isha Upanishad in rhythmic English verses, inspired by Sri Aurobindo’s vision. This poetic rendition illuminates the Upanishadic wisdom of divine unity, self-realization, and cosmic balance, making it accessible to modern spiritual seekers. It beautifully bridges ancient Vedic thought with the evolutionary spirituality of Integral Yoga

Rhythm of Kena Upanishad
A Rhythmic Rendition, a poetic transcreation of one of the oldest Upanishads, composed centuries before the Common Era. This timeless text delves into the nature of consciousness and the ultimate reality, offering profound insights into the spiritual journey.
To make this ancient wisdom accessible, the book includes the original Sanskrit verses alongside their English transliteration and a lyrical English rendition. The Upanishads, often called Vedanta—"the end of the Veda"—form the philosophical core of traditions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.
Through this work, we hope to bring the joy and depth of Vedanta to modern readers. Step into the world of the Upanishads and experience their transformative wisdom!
Voice of Krishna: Bhagawad Gita
Midam Foundation presents a poetic English rendition of the first five cantos of the Bhagavad Gita, translated from Sanskrit into rhythmic quatrains while preserving the original numbering and structure. This volume includes:

Canto I: The Grief of ArjunaCanto
-
II: King Secrets RevealedCanto
-
III: Unveiling the Spirit in Material ActionCanto
-

Sanskrit allows for deep interpretation based on one's consciousness, and this freedom has been maintained in the English verses. To aid readers, the book includes subject-wise groupings at the start of each canto, a glossary of Sanskrit terms, and references for cross-checking with the original text.
This is the first of a three-part series, created out of sheer joy and devotion to the Gita. We hope this poetic rendition brings its timeless wisdom closer to you.
